Terms of Service

Please review the terms governing the use of Strategy Edge's consulting services.

1. Company Information

Strategy Edge for Management Consulting
(“Strategy Edge”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a professional consulting
firm registered in the State of Qatar providing advisory and consulting
services in risk management, governance, business transformation, data
analytics, and management consulting.

2. Scope of Services

The Company provides professional advisory
services, including strategy development, risk management, governance advisory,
compliance support, business process improvement, organizational
transformation, and related consulting services.

3. Professional Nature of Services

All services provided by the Company are
advisory in nature and based on professional judgment. The Client remains
responsible for implementation decisions and compliance with applicable laws
and regulations.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client shall provide accurate
information, cooperate with the Company, comply with applicable laws, and make
timely payments for services rendered.

5. Fees and Payment Terms

Fees shall be defined in the proposal or
engagement letter. Payments are due within the agreed payment period. The
Company reserves the right to suspend services in case of delayed payments.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws
of the State of Qatar, the Company's liability shall be limited to the fees
paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Confidentiality

The Company shall maintain confidentiality
of Client information except where disclosure is required by law or regulatory
authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, frameworks, templates,
and deliverables developed by the Company remain the intellectual property of
the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Data Protection

The Company will process personal and
business data in accordance with applicable data protection laws in the State of Qatar.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services in
accordance with the termination provisions outlined in the engagement
agreement.

11. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delays
or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including
government actions, natural disasters, or system failures.
