Our journey began in the Middle East, starting with small mini markets in Beirut. From there, we expanded across the Arabian Gulf, where we collaborated with banks and investment companies, and later into established firms in Egypt.
Over time, we worked across highly different environments, from resource-rich organizations to those operating under significant constraints. This exposed a consistent reality: success is rarely limited by ideas, but by execution.

Strategy Edge was founded in 2015 with a clear realization: many strategies look perfect on paper but fail in real-world execution. Too often, they overlook critical factors such as available resources, operational capacity, growth potential, and local regulatory requirements.
